Michele Willis

Director of Mission Advancement

Michele Radue Willis started at Agape in 2026, but feels she has been training all her life for this position. She has a B.A. from Southeastern Bible College (Birmingham, AL 1993) and has been serving in ministry in some type of capacity since she was a teen.  She has a special heart for adoption since becoming an adoptive mom in 2012 to a daughter from China after having two boys biologically. She was the Executive Director of the Elmore County Pregnancy Center (now First Choice Elmore County) from 2018-2023 where she gained firsthand experience with ministry to expectant mothers.  At Agape, Michele is the Director of Mission Advancement. She has worked many years with non-profit organizations, is a certified life coach and has over 20 years of marketing experience. Michele believes that all of these life experiences have been “on the job” training for this specific position and desires to use it all to contribute to the mission of Agape to help vulnerable children find permanency in safe and nurturing families.
