Ashley Bayley, LMSW

Foster Care Social Worker

Ashley Bayley joined Agape of Central Alabama full time in June 2025 after serving as an intern beginning in April 2024 while completing her Master of Social Work at Capella University. She is passionate about supporting foster families and the children they serve, equipping and encouraging foster parents as they provide safe, nurturing homes that reflect God’s love. Ashley recruits, trains, and supports foster families throughout their journey. She incorporates Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) principles to help foster parents build trust, strengthen relationships, and promote healing for children who have experienced trauma. She is also a certified Prepare/Enrich® Facilitator and has completed Level 1 training in Integrative Attachment Family Therapy (IAFT®), equipping her to further strengthen families and support healthy relationships. Ashley values collaboration with children’s biological families and the professionals who work together to support their well-being. Ashley and her husband, Mark, are foster and adoptive parents. Together they have six children, one grandchild, and three dogs. Her professional training, combined with her personal experience as a foster and adoptive parent, gives her a unique perspective and deep compassion for the families she serves.
