Agape of Central Alabama is seeking an individual to join our ministry as a full time Executive Assistant. This person will report to and work closely with the Executive Director ensuring the agency’s administrative needs are met so that the agency’s mission is carried out. This role will also be involved in the financial activities of the agency (i.e. deposits, invoicing, bookkeeping, tracking donations, budget reporting and audit preparation) among other responsibilities. This person will also work closely with other administrative and development staff on fundraising/development activities
This person must possess good people skills, and strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel and Word). The person must be able to manage multiple projects and work well as a part of team. Experience with Quickbooks (or other accounting software) and donor database software is a plus.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, 3+ years of experience in a office or non-profit setting.
