Caitlin began her work in adoption in 2012 and also has experience working in foster care, reunification services, and in-home therapy.  Her passion and dedication for domestic adoption comes from her own experiences as an adoptee. Caitlin’s desire is to see adopted children placed in the care of adoptive parents that are educated and attuned to the unique needs of adopted children.  She works to help fully prepare parents to respond to those needs with sensitivity.   ® TBRI Practitioner
