Throughout the year, members of our staff visit several places in the Montgomery, Birmingham, Enterprise and Mobile areas. These visits are full of the experiences that our staff has had over Agape's 30 year history. Each presentation has a common theme: Agape is here to help.

• On Monday, Nov. 3, Agape had the opportunity to talk with all the freshmen female and male students. Females gathered in one building and males gathered in another. Both presentations involved stories from people who have needed the services that Agape provides. During the presentation, the students rotated between three rooms and were given information about God’s ideal plan for their lives, the reality of what’s happening now, and getting on track physically, emotionally, and mentally. 

• Carol Esco presented adoption and maternity assistance information to health professionals at Baptist South in Montgomery on Nov. 5. Esco shared some of her stories from Agape and gave suggestions to nurses on how to work with patients who mention adoption. 

• The Agape Coffee and Concert night on Nov. 11 at Café Siena on Faulkner’s campus was a huge success. Not only did we enjoy music from talented artists, we had the pleasure of visiting with new and old friends over a cup of good coffee. Café Siena donated 20% of sales to Agape. Thanks to all who supported Agape at Café Siena!
  

• On Nov. 16, Agape visited a chapter of young women at Huntingdon University to help raise awareness of the hazards of abortion and the services that Agape provides.
